On your big birthday, I wanted to send you a note to tell you how much I love you and appreciate you. You have always been a life-giving brother ever since we moved to Mason, and I consider your clan some of our closest friends. I love you, admire you, and respect you, Chris.
You are strong, wise, committed, generous, a truth speaker and a grace giver, adventurous, hard-working, an incredible teacher, a strong and loving father, and a faithful husband. You are solid in your faith, and you have built upon your faith roots to now read generations of faithful sons and daughters of Christ. You continue to fight for and love Ruth, and I am pumped that the next generation of Hartensteins has begun.
Here’s to another 50 incredible years of enjoying our good God, and making him known to others. I love you Chris.
