When I hear that Chris Hartenstein is turning 50, I find in myself two reactions.
First, I do a double-take. He can't be that old. Wasn't he in my high school classroom just a few years ago? My mind won't comprehend that the fine young man I knew in high school is now half a century old!
But the other reaction is to reflect on 3 John 4: "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth." It gives me great joy to know that Chris is walking with God and leading his family and caring for others.
