Chris,

When I first met you I was scared of you, mostly because I kept setting off the Hartco alarm when I was on Red Door Staff, yes I was that girl :). Over the last several years it has been an honor and privilege to go from meeting you, getting to know you and your family, watching you pour into Michael to calling us your family. Your pursuit of your Father and your surrender to Him has made a huge impact on my life. I have never pressed into my identity as a daughter more than I have the last 5 years, and I have never answered how's my heart more either. Thank you for sharing the language God gave you with your community. It has challenged me and given me ways to connect to the Father on a deeper level.

May this year of 50 be a year where God lavishes His perfect and abounding love. You have shown Michael, Piper and a glimpse of what it means to lavishly love. We have been the recipients of some of that lavish love you have given us and we are so thankful, more than words. Happy Birthday, may you enjoy the lavish love your Father has for his Son who is free, fun and fierce!

You are loved!
