Chris,

Firstly, I want to thank you for welcoming me into your company. I think my time with you all these past few months are some of the most memorable in my life and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that. I’ve seen you lead your family in very practical/tangible ways with planning and direction, but I’ve also seen you lead them well with your generosity, thoughtfulness and though your ability to show your heart. That kind of leadership and vulnerability is something I really admire about you. You’re one of the strongest men I’ve come to know, and being around you makes me better. Thank you for leading the people around you so well. Thank you for loving Linsley as well as you do, and thank you for loving me as well. I miss you and I hope you have the best time on your birthday

Josh
